We are able to provide Total Nucleic Acid extraction for a variety of different applications, either as a standalone service or as an add-on to our HLA Typing and Immunogenetics Laboratory Services.

  • DNA extraction from a variety of sample types: e.g. whole blood, buffy coat, frozen cells.
  • Elution of Total Nucleic Acid.
  • Requires as little as 200 µL sample.
  • Elution into 50, 100 or 200 µL volumes.
  • Quantitation and 260/280 ratio determined as standard.
  • dsDNA quantitation available upon request.
