MagSort™ from One Lambda is comprised of a comprehensive panel of HLA antigens covering 6 loci – HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DQ and DP. The kit includes the following essential reagents: 

• Individual HLA-coupled magnetic beads 

• 10X Wash buffer 

• Elution buffer 

• Neutralisation buffer 

The total procedure is expected to take approximately 3 1/2 hours, with 45 minutes of active, hands-on work.
